What can I expect in a training session?

During a training session, you can expect a combination of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises tailored to your fitness level and goals.

How do I get started with nutritional guidance?

To get started with nutritional guidance, I assess your current eating habits and create a personalised plan to support your fitness goals.

What if i'm not experiencing menopause or am a man?!

I work with anyone of any age so please feel free to get on touch and we can discuss your needs.

I don't like running, can i still train with you?

My gym is small and private, and my equipment is tailored for people wanting to improve their strength and flexibility.  This naturally provides some cardio fitness but I don't have treadmills so no actual running/rowing/skiing! I have a bike for warm ups only.

I don't want to be inside training

I am happy to work outside if you prefer to run or would like help starting out or developing your running. 

Can I have a PT session at my house?

I can bring some equipment to your own home, or use your own equipment or home gym, if that's what you would prefer

How many sessions will I need?

How many sessions and how often they will be will depend on the individual.  I would recommend at least 6 sessions to start with so I can get to know you, your current fitness level, and start to work on an all body change for you, physically and mentally.  There will be no pressure to do any more sessions.

What if i can't do any of the times listed on the calendar?

I am happy to work around you.  I've listed my 'opening times' but please contact me and we'll arrange a suitable time for you.  

What if i have a medical condition, can i still train?

You will be asked to complete a form prior to working with me.  Certain conditions will mean that you will need a GP consent prior to starting.  Contact me for more information on this if you're concerned.
